City Adventures as Bulma: My Dragon Ball Cosplay Photoshoot!

Lately, I’ve been obsessed with Dragon Ball Sparking Zero on PlayStation 5. It’s pure chaos, and I can’t stop playing (Vegeta is my main, in case you were wondering!). Aside from playing the game, it also inspired me to re-watch the anime! Spending hours immersed in the Dragon Ball universe made me realize how much I adore Bulma. She’s smart, stylish, and just iconic. So, naturally, I decided it was time to cosplay her.
Blue wig, pink shirt, and a dragonball!
I found the cutest Bulma outfit and wig on Amazon—it was so affordable, and the quality was perfect for my first try at this look. The bright blue wig is spot-on, and the outfit screams classic Bulma vibes with classic pink shirt. Prop-wise, you know I had to go with the 4 star dragonball, which I was able to source from a local anime store! Putting it all together was chef’s kiss. For the photoshoot, I teamed up with an amazing photographer—seriously, they’re a portrait master! They scouted the coolest city spots, and we made magic. We shot near some urban murals that matched Bulma’s playful energy, and the way they captured the sunlight on my wig and prop was everything. I’m in love with how the photos turned out, especially the one of me holding the 4 star over my eye! Huge thanks to my photographer @otrominuto, for always hyping me up and making me feel like the real Bulma. ^-^

This cosplay and photoshoot weren’t just a tribute to my Dragon Ball obsession—they were a way to step out of my comfort zone and connect with the character I admire so much. Bulma’s confidence and adventurous spirit remind me to embrace my quirks and take on life boldly! If you’ve been itching to cosplay, don’t wait! Whether you’re a seasoned cosplayer or just starting, it’s all about having fun and celebrating what you love.
Wither I create a cosplay from scratch or buy a pre-made one; I love getting creative with the photoshoots and posing! For me, cosplay is about having fun dressing up as my favorite characters and taking pictures with my friends! I mainly do this as a hobby in-between my main creative projects.
